Terms & Conditions
The customer visiting our site and purchasing our books declares to have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions of sale
To buy our products the customer is required to register on our site by providing the necessary data both for a correct invoicing and for an order processing for the shipment. The information will be treated as required by the Privacy Act.
Each customer will be able, at any time, to change his data.
- Entering in your shopping cart
The customer when inserting products of his interest in the shopping cart does not bind himself in any way to the purchase, but only makes up his own list which is automatically saved and linked to his account so that on his return to the site he will find the products previously entered.
Once inserted the products in the shopping cart, the customer can complete the purchase, as follows:
3.1 “Shopping cart”
The customer within the step 1 will find the articles inserted with the option to specify the quantities to be purchased or to remove one or more items previously entered.
On the right side he will find the total amount of books and the total of the order that, at this stage, are equivalent.
The customer at this stage will have two possibilities:
– insert username e password in case the customer has not logged in
– review the data entered during registration that will be used for shipping. In this phase, the customer can decide whether to receive the package to a different address and /or decide to bill the receipt to another person or entity.
The customer in this phase will have to specify the receiving shipment address, and then view its cost.
NB: On average the time for carrying out the shipment are 48h after payment (except for special periods). The times for delivery are on average of 3-4 days. For Spain, 7-8 days. For the European Union,
Urgent or special shipments: if you want an urgent shipment or via other ways contact us.
-Should it coincide with holidays, the book will be shipped the next business day. In the event that there is unavailability of a book, Ediciones ad Aegyptum will contact the customer to inform him immediately and give a new delivery date or, if not possible to deliver the product, proceed to its cancellation.
We recall that by the moment of delivery to the courier our control over the shipping ends and therefore, we can not respond and intervene on the work of others.
The shipping costs are as follows:
“The Queen of the Desert Valley” (Spain 0.45 euro; European Union 1.64 euro)
“Tierras de Momias” (Spain 2.50 euro; European Union 4.50 euro)
“Momias” (Spain 0.50 euro; European Union 1.90 euro)
3.4 “Payments” (step 4)
The customer in this phase will decide on the form of payment with which to pay the entered products.
Payments methods maybe: “Paypal” and “Credit cards and prepaid cards” (even the system of payment by credit card is handled by Paypal)
Bank transfer. If you choose this method of payment, the customer will send after the transfer a copy of the bank receipt by e-mail to email@example.com With this system, the delivery time will begin from the moment this notification is received.
3.5 “Cash desk” (step 5)
In this last phase the customer has a total overview of all the steps faced and, therefore, of the order that is about to conclude
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to D.L. 206/2005 the customer has the right to exercise the “right of withdrawal” no later than 14 days (calendar) by request via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Ediciones ad Aegyptum will send instructions for the proper application of the return and the subsequent reimbursement.
The right of withdrawal can only apply to printed publications and not to e-books.
